Frequently Asked Questions
How long do dried flowers last?
Dried flowers last for years. They last for at least 1 year and if the flowers have been preserved or dyed, they can last up to 6 years. Keeping your flowers out of humidity, direct sunlight and never watering them will ensure they last.
How do I care for my dried flowers?
Keep them out of direct sunlight and in low humidity
Do not water your arrangement - they don’t need it
If they have collected dust, gently use a soft feather duster or use a hairdryer on ‘cool’ and ‘low’ from a distance.
If you are wanting to freshen up an existing arrangement, send us an email and we’d be happy to help send some new stems.
Do not expose your blooms to direct air-conditioning or heating
Do your arrangements come with vases?
How do you ship the flowers?
We ship throughout Australia using Australia Post. We pack our blooms safely in a box or satchel (if not fragile and depending on what is ordered).
There are currently shipping delays throughout Australia and we are doing best to get all of your orders out as soon as possible.
Do you offer same day deliveries?
We offer same day gift delivery in Metro Melbourne on orders over $100, placed before 2pm that day. You must select 'Same Day Delivery' at checkout to be eligible.
My flowers are a gift, can I include a message?
Of course you can! Simply add the message at the cart page when purchasing an arrangement. Otherwise, send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and the details of your message.
This is a gift, do you include invoices in the box?
We do not include any invoices in our boxes or satchels as most of our orders are gifts. If you need an invoice for a business purchase or for tax purposes, please email us.
Do you do weddings & events?
Yes we do! Please get in touch via email or our dried wedding flowers page and we will work with you to create the wedding flowers of your dreams.
