Delivery dates supplied by Milla Rose are an estimate only and Milla Rose will not be liable for any loss, frustration or damage through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in fulfilment & delivery. 

We aim to get all of our orders out as soon as possible after your order is placed. There are currently shipping delays in Victoria. 

We recommend that you order well ahead of time to avoid any possible shipping delays, especially when ordering a gift or for a special occasion. 

We are unable to provide any refund, return or cancellation of your order due to delays in fulfilling your order and the delivery time.

Same Day Delivery 

Milla Rose has Same Day Delivery options in Metro Melbourne only, Monday - Friday each week (no weekends).

Specific Day Delivery

At this stage, we only have 1 studio located in Metro Melbourne. Due to this - we can offer 'Specific Day Delivery', but same process is applied as Same Day Delivery.

For specific day delivery in Metro Melbourne - select 'same day delivery' at checkout, add a note what day it will need to be delivered and pay the $25 shipping fee to ensure it is delivered on that day. 

We are only able to offer and fulfil specific day deliveries on eligible orders over $100, in Metro Melbourne when the $25 'Same Day Delivery' option is selected at checkout. 

Packaging & Shipping

We ensure each item is securely wrapped and packaged, with sufficient packaging in each parcel, the boxes or satchels are then marked as fragile and the delivery company is notified that the order is fragile. 

We take the utmost care and precision when wrapping and shipping our arrangements. However, sometimes external courier companies do not hold the same values and 1 in 1,000 orders we send end up damaged. In this case - we assess the situation and can work with you to find a solution to leave you happy with your order!

Dried and preserved flowers are delicate and natural shedding may occur during transit (this is inevitable with all dried flowers). 

If your order gets damaged during transit, we can assist you in making a claim directly to the delivery company (Australia Post).

Shipping & Courier Service 

Our shipping price is based on the cost it is to send our arrangements within Australia. We currently ship all of our orders with Australia Post, subject to each order and location. 

All parcels are tracked and you should receive your tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched - please email us when if you haven’t received your tracking number. 

As we use a third party courier service, this means that once the parcel has left our premises, unfortunately, we have no control on how it is handled, and in what timeframe it is to be delivered. 

 Milla Rose is not responsible for and will not pay for, or refund for any loss, damages or expenses incurred during transit with the courier service. 

However, if your parcel does arrive damaged please contact us via email immediately (with photo evidence) and we will work to rectify the situation.
