Shipping & Delivery
Please ensure you order well ahead of time to avoid any possible shipping delays. We are unable to provide any refund, return or cancellation of your order due to delays in fulfilling your order and the delivery times. Please get in touch with us if you need an order ASAP, before placing your order. If you need an order quickly or by a specific date - please select 'express shipping' at checkout and advise us in advance that it is urgent.
Delivery dates supplied by Milla Rose are an estimate only and Milla Rose will not be liable for any loss, frustration or damage through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in fulfilment & delivery - especially during peak periods. A lot of our flowers are made to order so please allow time for the flowers to be made (up to 1 week) and additional time for delivery (2-8 business days as a guide).
Please note that we are only able to deliver on a specific day when it is organised prior to placing your order and the recipient is in Metro Melbourne, Victoria.
We ensure each item is securely wrapped and packaged, with sufficient packaging in each parcel, the boxes or satchels are then marked as fragile and the delivery company is notified that the order is fragile. However, dried and preserved flowers are delicate and natural shedding may occur during transit (this is inevitable with all dried flowers). If your order gets damaged during transit, we can assist you in making a claim directly to the delivery company as once the items leave our premises, they are out of our care.
Our shipping price is based on the cost it is to send our arrangements within Australia - please note that we make no profit from shipping. We currently ship all of our arrangements using a third party courier. Sendle is an 100% carbon neutral delivery service, delivering all over Australia. For express items, we ship using Australia Post.
We currently offer free shipping over $150. We also offer free local delivery within 5kms of South Yarra, Melbourne. All parcels are tracked and you should receive your tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched - please email us when if you haven’t received your tracking number and we will get this to you.
As we use a third party courier service, this means that once the parcel has left our premises, unfortunately, we have no control on how it is handled, and in what timeframe it is to be delivered. Milla Rose is not responsible for and will not pay for, or refund for any loss, damages or expenses incurred during transit with the courier service. However, if your parcel does arrive damaged please contact us via email immediately (with sufficient photo evidence) and we will put forward a claim on your behalf to the Courier. This does not guarantee their outcome will be to refund your order.
Specific Delivery Dates - Melbourne Only
We may be able to offer next day deliveries or specific day deliveries within Melbourne, Australia subject to the following. This depends on the location from us, but also if the particular item is in stock at the time. You must contact us before you place an order for next day delivery or a specific day delivery. And we must approve in writing before it is guaranteed to be delivered the next day - or on a specific day.
Authority to Leave Unattended
The courier delivering your parcel has the authority to leave the parcel unattended at the delivery location at your sole risk. If you are not wanting the parcel to be left unattended (if safe to do so), please send us an email prior to ordering.
If you believe your parcel is damaged from transit, you can see our refunds and returns policy or send us an email to discuss further as we can help you contact the shipping company to get compensation for the damage. You must provide photo evidence within 48 hours of receiving your item.
